The MJ62GX (GXD) series of the brand is the first flat seaming machine patented with Dual differential ratio feeding by the company which claims that all other brands have Single differential ratio feeding only. In a Single differential feed system, the gap between the front and rear feed dog changes with changing differential feed ratio, increasing the possibility that in the highest gap setting of differential feed ratio system, the light fabrics may easily wrinkle as it is difficult to cross the thick seams. Whereas, in a Dual differential feed ratio mechanism, the front and rear feed dog is so adjusted that the gap between them always remains the same. Therefore, the feeding is comparatively smooth, giving no chance of light fabrics getting wrinkled down or crossover seams getting stuck between two feed dogs.
The machine is a 4 needle 6 thread feed of the arm interlock flat seaming machine with 4200 RPM. It has a special design for patented hidden oil sealed container to prevent oil leakage from the needle bar. The design of the motor base is of dual purpose and it is changeable between mini servo motor and normal clutch motor. Even the design of the needle clamp is patented making it easier to clean and less prone to damage.
MJ2600SD-356/EWT from Megasew is the first small cylinder bed interlock machine in the global market with left side fabric trimmer. The company boasts of cylinder circumference as less as 250 mm and claims it to be smaller than that of the rival models which is between 265 mm to 270 mm. Distance from the middle needle drop point to the left side of the cylinder is only 41 mm. This is a premium advantage for small tubular cover stitching operations and the fabric can be easily handled to perform a perfect seam even in sewing kids wear or small tubular work.
The patented electric foot lifter design works more efficiently and is more durable. Also the built-in LED effectively lights up the sewing area and saves energy. A 3 needle 4 thread machine with an RPM of 4500, also has a built-in direct-drive computerized motor. Different attachment options of electric or pneumatic thread trimmers are also available.
